## Ingredients

* 1.5 oz  chamomile-infused scotch
* 0.5 oz  Belle de Brillet
* 0.5 oz  honey syrup
* 0.75 oz lemon juice
* 1 dash  simple syrup
* 1 dash  Spanish bitters

## Preparation

Shake, serve up.

## Notes

Recipe obtained from Oliver at the (now closed) Toronto Temperance Society.

Chamomile scotch: infuse \~4oz of loose leaf chamomile tea in a bottle of Dewars for about an hour.

Honey syrup: 1:1
