Ingredients

• 1.5 oz chamomile-infused scotch

• 0.5 oz Belle de Brillet

• 0.5 oz honey syrup

• 0.75 oz lemon juice

• 1 dash simple syrup

• 1 dash Spanish bitters

Preparation

Shake, serve up.

Chamomile scotch: infuse ~4oz of loose leaf chamomile tea in a bottle of Dewars for about an hour.

Honey syrup: 1:1
