# Greek Pulled Chicken

* 2 lb boneless skinless chicken
* 1 red onion, sliced thin
* 6 garlic cloves
* 1-2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp oregano
* 2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1/4 cup chicken stock
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Slow cooker, 3-4h on high.
