Jungle Bird
Ingredients
1.5 oz blackstrap rum
0.75 oz Campari
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz pineapple juice
Preparation
Shake with ice, then strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice (ideally crushed ice).
Optimally garnished with a slice of pineapple.
