Jungle Bird

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blackstrap rum

  • 0.75 oz Campari

  • 0.5 oz lime juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice

Preparation

Shake with ice, then strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice (ideally crushed ice).

Optimally garnished with a slice of pineapple.
